Get replies, not just “sent”

Pipeline Flow

From database to reply — one process

Parsing, preflight checks, touches and reply tracking are linked into one pipeline. Not everyone will reply — but everyone who does ends up in CRM, not in scattered notes.

Features

Every block below is not a screenshot. It is the product at work.

Ten pipeline capabilities — each with a live demo of what you will see in the workspace.

1

Audiences from Telegram and beyond

Collect members of public groups and authors of keyword-matched messages — people already writing about your topic are warmer than random subscribers. Plus 31 external sources: maps, hh, VK, marketplaces, company registries.

  • Members and message authors from accessible public Telegram communities
  • Warm leads: authors of keyword-matched messages
  • Duplicates, bots and unreachable contacts are cleaned out automatically

Phone database → live Telegram accounts

Upload a CSV of phone numbers — the system checks every number with delays and daily limits and returns usernames. Matches immediately become a dataset for a campaign.

  • Checks run with configured delays and limits — the load stays manageable
  • Checkpoints: after a restart it continues where it stopped
  • The result is a ready dataset with usernames

Account pool: warm-up, limits, profiles

Sign in by code or import existing accounts, a proxy per account, a stable device fingerprint. The warm-up daemon reads channels and dialogs on a schedule, and limits stop an account before the threshold — not after complaints.

  • Code login or import · proxy pool · device fingerprint
  • Scheduled auto warm-up with a journal of every action
  • Per-plan daily limit; after PeerFlood — a protective cooldown
  • Bulk profile setup: avatars, names, bios

Accounts under protection

2FA is set from the workspace, active sessions are visible and terminated in one click, account export requires step-up confirmation. Conversations and CRM live in encrypted storage; opted-out contacts stay on the stop list forever.

  • 2FA and a review of foreign sessions from the workspace
  • Inbox and CRM encryption at the tenant level
  • Opt-out stop list: we never message the unsubscribed

AI writes a personal first touch for every lead

Upload your offer — the model generates a message for each lead from their data: name, source, context. Up to 50 parallel threads, on your own keys. Spintax and name substitution render at send time, so messages stay varied.

  • Generation per lead based on your offer
  • OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, OpenRouter — your keys
  • Spintax {Hi|Hello} + {name} at send time

Campaigns with preflight and sequences

Before launch a campaign passes checks: accounts, proxies, limits, duplicates and the stop list. Then a series of touches with day-long pauses and a stop rule: “replied — out of the sequence”.

  • A preflight checklist before the first message
  • Multi-touch: the first right away, the next after N days
  • A reply automatically stops the follow-up

Touches without direct messages

Warm your audience up before the DM: AI comments under channel posts, reactions, post and story views, group invites. The AI writes an on-topic comment as a configured persona — and can decline when there is nothing to say.

  • AI comments: relevant to the post, not spammy, with a persona
  • Reactions, post and story views
  • Group invites with a daily cap

Replies and leads in Inbox / CRM

All dialogs from all accounts in one window, with replies straight from the workspace. When someone answers, a card appears: status, tags, notes, next action. Nothing gets lost in phone notes.

  • A single Inbox across all accounts, reply from the workspace
  • A CRM card: status, tags, next action
  • Live incoming: a listener catches replies in real time

The AI assistant answers from your knowledge base

Turn on sales mode — an assistant with a configured persona, goal and CTA runs the dialog over your uploaded product knowledge base. Answers rely on stored knowledge fragments, and a hard dialog is flagged “needs a human” and goes to an operator.

  • Persona, goal, CTA and handoff rules are configurable
  • RAG over your uploaded product knowledge base
  • Handoff: hard dialogs are flagged for an operator

Analytics that answer “what happened?”

Not “10,000 sent” but an honest funnel: delivered, replied, lead. Plus a journal of every action of every account — so state and operational risk stay visible instead of hiding behind one send total.

  • Funnel: touches → replies → leads
  • Conversion by campaign, template and source
  • An action journal for every account

FAQ

What to know before launch

How is tg-traffic different from mass-blast senders?
tg-traffic combines verifiable warm-up, preflight, follow-up that skips responders and a single Inbox/CRM. Limits, pauses and checks are visible in the journal. Delivery, replies and absence of Telegram restrictions are not guaranteed.
What do I need to connect my first account?
An account you own and a suitable proxy. The secure wizard inside the workspace shows the available connection methods.
Does tg-traffic sell accounts or proxies?
No. tg-traffic is software for the customer’s own accounts and proxies. The platform helps manage them and shows operational risk.
Do all 31 lead sources work with no setup?
No. Some sources are open; others need your API key, a token, a suitable regional IP or provider availability. The interface shows the required settings.
What happens when someone replies?
The reply appears in Inbox/CRM. Follow-up automatically skips responders, and the workspace owner can set a status, add a note or reply manually.
Does the platform guarantee no restrictions?
No. Warm-up, pauses, limits, checks and cooldowns help reduce and observe operational risk, but do not remove it entirely.
