One observable operating loop

Telegram outreach from audience research to replies

Build a relevant dataset, connect accounts you are entitled to operate, check readiness before a campaign, and keep each reply in the same Inbox/CRM context. tg-traffic connects the stages without hiding account state, task outcomes or configured limits.

tg-traffic is independent software built on client Telegram APIs. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram. The operator remains responsible for lawful data use, recipient selection, message content, consent where required, objections and platform rules.

Client-owned accountsWork through accounts the workspace owner controls, not an advertising bot.
Readiness before actionAccount, proxy, cooldown, slot and campaign issues remain visible.
Bounded sequencesFirst contact and selected follow-ups use explicit delays and stop rules.
Reply contextIncoming messages, notes and lead states stay attached to the conversation.
Workflow

Five stages that can be checked separately

A campaign is not a single send button. Each stage has its own inputs, failure conditions and evidence. This makes it possible to correct the audience or resource setup before a live Telegram action begins.

Connect and classify working accounts

Import only accounts you are authorised to operate, assign active slots and use separate proxies where appropriate. The workspace exposes authorisation state, connection state, cooldown and known restrictions. A stored account is not automatically a ready sender, and a warning is not converted into a success label.

Prepare a dataset with provenance

Create a dataset through an available research source, an accessible Telegram group, a phone-check workflow or your own UTF-8 CSV. Retain the source and filtering decisions. A public profile or a row in a file does not by itself establish permission to contact that person.

Write a sequence for the actual segment

Use supported dataset fields for careful personalisation and review every message. AI can prepare a draft, but the operator must verify facts, relevance and tone. Choose only necessary follow-ups, define delays, and make the reply stop condition part of the campaign before launch.

Run preflight and confirm known risk

Preflight evaluates candidate targets, deduplication, active accounts, capacity and blocking conditions. Immediately before a live direct message, the target is checked again and only a regular Telegram user is eligible. Groups, channels and bots are not treated as direct-message recipients.

Read the task journal and handle replies

Queued, deferred, running, completed and failed are different states. A deferral may mean that an account is waiting for an activity window, cooldown, quota or another task. Replies arrive in Inbox/CRM, stop later sequence steps for that contact and give a manager the existing conversation context.

Operating model

One workspace, distinct responsibilities

Software can enforce technical gates and preserve evidence. It cannot choose the operator’s lawful basis, guarantee a platform decision or make poor source data accurate.

AUDIENCE

Research without pretending every row is a lead

Source metadata, filters, exclusions and export help a team review the dataset. Rows without a valid Telegram target are not silently converted into recipients. Learn about Telegram audience research.

ACCOUNTS

Readiness is a state, not a promise

Active slot, authorisation, proxy, cooldown, warm-up state and restrictions are separate signals. The account warm-up workflow uses sparse configured actions and a journal.

REPLIES

Conversation work continues after the campaign

Inbox/CRM brings incoming messages, read state, notes and lead status together. Explore the Telegram CRM and Inbox operating loop.

Boundaries

Visible controls do not remove platform or legal risk

Telegram applies its own technical and anti-abuse rules. Outcomes depend on account history, recipient behaviour, message relevance, frequency and platform decisions. A responsible workflow starts with this uncertainty instead of concealing it.

What the workspace controls

  • active slots and stored-account separation;
  • account, proxy and authorisation checks;
  • configured daily ceilings and action intervals;
  • dataset deduplication and suppression records;
  • reply-based cancellation of remaining follow-ups;
  • task states, safe error identifiers and operator stop controls.

What the operator must decide

  • whether the source and processing are lawful;
  • whether consent or another rule is required;
  • which recipients are relevant to the stated purpose;
  • whether every claim in a message is accurate;
  • how objections, deletion requests and complaints are handled;
  • whether the campaign complies with Telegram and applicable local law.

The product’s general controls are described under Security and control. For a Russian explanation of campaign limits and replies, see Рассылка в Telegram.

Comparison

How the operating loop differs from disconnected tools

The important distinction is not headline volume. It is whether the team can connect the source, account decision, task state and reply without rebuilding the story from several spreadsheets.

FAQ

Questions to answer before a Telegram outreach campaign

These answers describe product behaviour. They are not a forecast of delivery, response rate or commercial outcome.

Is this a Telegram bot broadcast?

No. Campaigns use client accounts connected by the workspace owner. A bot may be appropriate for opt-in subscriber flows, but it is a different operating model from a conversation started by a working account.

Can an existing list be imported?

A supported UTF-8 CSV can be mapped into a dataset. The operator must still verify its source, accuracy, exclusions and lawful use. Import acceptance is not approval to contact every row.

Does warm-up make an account safe?

Warm-up records sparse configured actions and can reduce selected operational risks. Telegram still controls restrictions, and a warm-up status cannot validate the audience, message or future platform decision.

What happens when a recipient replies?

The incoming message is attached to the conversation in Inbox/CRM. Remaining follow-ups for that contact are skipped, and the manager can continue with the history and working status visible.

Can AI send on its own?

AI can draft text from permitted context, but the operator selects the data, reviews the message and confirms the campaign. It must not invent personal facts or turn irrelevant contact into an acceptable one.

Where are limits and price shown?

The workspace shows applicable technical ceilings and readiness signals before launch. Current plan composition and prices are available in the pricing section.

Start with a bounded, reviewable workflow

Connect authorised accounts, prepare a relevant dataset and review preflight before the first live message. Observe real task states and replies, then adjust the process from evidence rather than assumed capacity.
